The RFID-ident is used for the remote connection of an RFID caregiver identification to an analogue SeCom dialler, a SeCom-4x, a BWW3-869 or an IP-dialler-western.

The product is plug&play compatible with SeCom call and cancel buttons with jack socket.

The RFID-ident is available in two versions. While the RFID-ident-LED is powered by the RFID-dialler, the RFID-ident-24V requires an additional 24VDC supply. This version is required, for example, for connection to an IP-dialler.

Alarm reset and caregiver identification take place contactlessly via wear-free RFID tags. To set the caregiver presence, these are hung on a holding pin on the front of the device. As long as a tag is hanging there, the presence is considered set; as soon as it is removed again, this is recognised as a logout of the carer.
